Images Med Spa

This was my first time at Images, I saw Kristin Faddis. I have been to a few other places for Botox, but nothing as nice as Images. It was a great experience from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Kristin took her time with me. She made sure she understood my history, talked about what I liked from my past trials and what I wasn't happy with. Her personality put me at ease and her knowledge and thoughtfulness really made me feel good about what I was getting done. She also made sure that she reviewed what she was going to do with me, along with the price, before she even started. I am a week in and I am already so happy with the results I have seen. I am so excited to go back and see her again.

I absolutely love Images! I have been going to see Rachel for lip injections and she has completely transformed my smile! She is extremely thorough and takes the time to walk you through every step of the process! It also helps that she is extremely personable and genuinely cares about her clients. If you are looking for someone who is extremely knowledgeable about injections I could not recommend Rachel more! I am so thankful for her giving me the confidence in my own skin!

Hello everyone! If your looking for lip injections.. Rachel is the one to go to!! Of course, everyone is amazing here but I had such an amazing experience with Rachel! From the second I interacted with her she was the sweetest!! She makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable as well as making sure you ate educated about every single thing she is doing. Currently enjoying my beautiful new lips & I can’t wait to come back for more in the future!! :)

I visited Images in Wilmette back in December 2021 and I could not be happier with my experience! I have always wanted lip injections and I finally saved up the money and worked up the courage to get them. Admittedly, when I arrived, I was a little nervous - but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling staff member who promptly checked me in and gave me some paperwork to fill out. My appointment was with Violet and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so personable and immediately made me feel welcome and put me at ease by explaining each step of the procedure so I knew what to expect. I cannot express how impressed I was with Violet’s professionalism, precision and attention to detail! Prior to visiting Images I felt very self-conscious about my appearance but when I walked out the door, I actually left feeling confident! My lips are perfect and look absolutely amazing! Violet also took the time to follow up with me on several occasions (once a week) to make sure I was happy with my results and to make sure I wasn’t having any issues as the minimal swelling subsided – She was so genuine; I could tell that she really cared. I never take the time to write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience I felt compelled to write this one - If you are reading this review and are on the fence about getting lip injections my advice is do it! And be sure to request Violet!!
